Four days is all you need to fall in love with the Masai Mara. This focused, high-intensity safari is designed for travellers short on time but unwilling to compromise on quality. Fly from Nairobi to a private conservancy adjoining the Masai Mara National Reserve, where exclusive traversing rights mean fewer vehicles, off-road driving, and the freedom to follow predators wherever they lead. Three nights in a luxury tented camp give you six game drive sessions — enough to encounter all of the Big Five, track the Mara's famous lion prides, and photograph cheetah mothers with cubs on the open plains. Between drives, enjoy a guided bush walk, a sundowner on the escarpment, and the profound silence of an African night punctuated only by hyena calls and rustling grass.
